The training sessions are based on the Korean dynamic martial art Gongkwon Yusul. What’s important here is that we are not engaging in combat, but rather you will learn to move with flow and harmony. In a way that feels comfortable for you.
I am very passionate about physical and mental health and the influence we ourselves have to feel well. I have personally experienced how beneficial movement is for my well-being. Additionally, I have helped people in Psychiatry to start moving and noticed the positive impact it had on their mood!
The personal training is tailored to your individual needs.
From an enjoyable workout full of action to a more meditative, harmonious training session. It doesn't matter whether you have a lot of experience with sports or none at all. I will guide you in your process.
The most important goal is: combining body, mind, and soul to live more consciously and happily.
