Personal training and boxing with a focus on body and mind. What is important here is that we aren't going to fight, but rather that you learn to move from a place of flow and harmony—in a way that feels comfortable and right for you. I am deeply passionate about physical and mental health, and the power we hold within ourselves to feel good. I have experienced firsthand how wonderfully movement helps me to feel truly comfortable and at home in my own skin.

From an enjoyable, action-packed workout to a more meditative and harmonious training session, the approach is tailored to your needs and preferences. It does not matter whether you have years of experience with exercise or are completely new to it—I will guide and support you throughout your personal journey.

The primary goal is to bring body, mind, and spirit into greater alignment, helping you live with more awareness, balance, and happiness.

Training sessions take place at the beautiful Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam. After your session, you can unwind and recharge in the wellness facilities, with unlimited access to the sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin.

For an even more restorative experience, you can also book a massage with a certified massage therapist as an additional service.
