As a health care psychologist, I have been working from a holistic approach since I started my own practice in 2020. In addition to being a mother (of three independent children), there is nothing I love more than guiding transformative processes. In my work, I view the person as a whole, with a body, mind, and soul that are interconnected.
I am involved with Holimind as the main therapist. This means that when you begin treatment with Laura, you will also have an (intake) session with me, and I will coordinate the treatment in the background. I remain involved as needed. Together, Laura and I provide a personal treatment, tailored to your needs and requests for help.
Our intention is to guide you from mental distress to inner growth and transformation. We help you regain control over your life and reconnect with yourself.
In my work
In my work, I like to use an effective conversational method called the Method of Levels. This method helps you gain insight, process your experiences, and find your own answers during sessions. Additionally, I work with a body-oriented approach and can consult with you regarding nutrition and lifestyle.
Our intention is to create a safe, warm space where you can be fully present with everything that is. From this foundation arises room for awareness, self-love, trust, and direction.
